Always difficult to tell with wellies how they will last before they leak, so I cannot comment on that yet. However, up to now, they have performed very well throughout the current bad weather. I have waded through floods, snow and ice and have not been disappointed. These are the first wellies I have ever had where I haven't needed to wear fishermen's socks for warmth, as these are lined and even in the very cold weather have kept my feet warm. I wear them with extra thick innersoles and they are extremely comfortable and I can walk for miles in them. This pleases my dog too.

When they arrived and for the first few weeks I was really pleased with them as they were so comfortable to wear........ but then after only a few months a hole developed starting with a small crack..... which was not cause by any damage or misuse, and the hole just gove bigger and bigger so the boots are no longer waterproof and hence useless. Reading other comments it seems it is not an uncommon problem! It is a real pity as I was so pleased with them at first...... but I really could not recommend these boots.

Purchased a pair of these on 23rd February this year ready for lambing time. I would normally expect a pair of neoprene wellingtons to last two years, maybe a bit more, but these, got a bit of wear at lambing time, but really very little use since April, for obvious reasons. Now that we are getting some wet mornings again they are in demand again, except after a couple of weeks of use they are leaking. The neoprene has split where it flexes by the toe. In total probably a maximum of 3 months of use; if they had lasted two years they would have been excellent value for money, but at a current cost of £84.98 that works out at a cost of £679.84 for two years. Would I but them again? Would I say that they are appalling value for money? Would I say that they are a load of rubbish? I leave you to draw your own conclusions. I parbably would have got better wear out of the box they came in!

Overall very happy with these. They are warm, comfortable, have a good grip, and are easy to put on thanks to their soft and flexible construction. Great for medium length walks through muddy fields and woodlands. Because they're soft, and flex well at the ankle, they are more comfortable than the cheaper, plasticky type of wellies. I wear these with thick, insulated socks and the fit is fine in my normal size (12) but they still feel roomy. If wearing over normal socks they would be slightly too big and I would need a size smaller. The adjustment strap at the side, which is used to loosen off the boots for easier putting on and taking off, has a flimsy plastic clasp with a cheap hinge which can come apart when pulling the strap through. It can be fitted back together, but is annoying. A metal buckle with a bolt-type hinge would not have been too much to expect at this price, so I've knocked them down one star for this.

Bought these boots last march were fine then I noticed that the top of the boot part was beginning to have many fine cracks appearing in its surface as if the material was perished. It has got worse and now when the boot is worn the cracks open and let water in. The boot surface appears as if the material has deteriorated does not have a uniform appearance, not smooth or uniform I thought originally that was how it should be, i@m now using glue and a puncture repair kit to prevent feet getting wet. Product is not well made nor value for money somewhere along the line quality control has failed. Would not recommend anyone purchasing.

Worn for about 2 miles dog walking a day for 6 months on grass. Happy at first but after 4-5 months, rubber split causing leaks, heel lining wore down and heel sole collapsed. Heel lining revealed super-grippy rubber that rubbed harshly. Tried to repair lining but very difficult.
