Very good quality boots, comfortable and well insulated. A bit more expensive than I would normally pay so I hope they will last and wear well to justify the price.

Initially the upgrade from my regular Dunlops was amazing! Felt great! Bigger, more comfy…. Poor poor quality of material used or way it’s made. External rubber quality is not good. Internal sole padding ripped after 1-2 week. Ordered new sole pads as cost of £15 so overal price for low quality wellies is £100. Barley 3 months later….Added to this, I’m now getting blisters on my back heel, due to inside fabric deterioration. £15 Dunlops last 12-15 months and only need changing because of underside soles wearing to paper thin. Never had a single blister from wearing before in the last 4-5 years of wearing them everyday. This year thought to treat myself and pay more. Big mistake. £15 dunlops put these to shame. Just ordered another pair and binned these £100 wellies after 3 months lol 😂

I’ve had these a little over a year (late Feb 2022) so unfortunately just out of warranty. Worn them approximately 6-7 times (8-9 hrs of standing around and not walking far) just to take my child to her weekend football, so nothing intensive. The sole has begun to come away from boot body around the ball of the foot area which is disappointing. They’re very comfortable and warm, but for the price I’d advise you to pay a bit more and get a higher quality Wellington boot. If you’re not a regular wearer then maybe a cheap pair would be better, as my last cheap pair lasted 15+ years, but wanted something more comfortable, which these definitely are. I wouldn’t advise these for the price point they’re at though.

I don’t normally write reviews but feel this item is worthy of comment. I bought these boots in Nov 2022. While they are comfortable they are certainly not durable. They have only been worn for dog walking, mainly on grass but some paths. The soles show little wear . The boots have not been hard worn nor abused but the heels have worn through and a hole has developed in the left heel and the right is heading the same way. The boots are totally unfit for use… except on dry days!! The hole appeared a couple of months ago and I obviously haven’t worn them but forgot to write the review. I would avoid buying this product. I await hearing from Lakeland Customer Services and will update the review.

OK - ordered these after a fair bit of online review reading (of other boots) and then fondling some fantastically pricey wellies I couldn't bring myself to buy (Hunter, Aigle and Le Chameau). So initial review following delivery and a wander round the garden...... Fit - as expected, ordered my normal shoe size and boots slip on and off easily enough. Will need a thick sock for long walks as the foot area is quite roomy. As with the boutique brands These are a full rubber outer with a neoprene lining which appears well finished and cosy. They also have an adjustable gusset and snug down perfectly on my calfs which I like a lot (size 8 and calf circumference 38cm closed). Finish looks good, soft flexible rubber and a decent sole which appears well attached. Not flash like an Aigle but feels well made and solid. Purchased for dog walks so will get up to 8 miles per day usage for the next few months over tarmac, gravel, mud, fields and streams. If they split or leak I'll be back to update the review but for now they appear to offer exactly what I was looking for at a price point that didn't make my credit card sweat.

Very comfortable initially however the stitching of the inner liner inside at the heel area started coming apart within a couple of months (despite a very snug fit so little foot movement). After 12 months the inner area at the heel has disintergrated making any walking blister-inducing. Thankfully they put themselves out of their misery when the left one split on the top of the foot area rendering them non-waterproof and therefore useless. Amazon customer services saved the day by refunding the original price without argument.
