My third paid of Woodland wellies. Previous ones only got rid of as the tread had worn down so much that they had become far too slippy to use in muddy conditions. Wonderful boots - lovely and warm. Generous in size but great with a pair of thick insoles and thick socks however, this pair has lost a star. Not sure if they are seconds or not but the outer has a lot of small round lumps in the rubber. Hopefully the lumps are purely cosmetic and nothing else is wrong with the boots but only time will tell.

This is my 2nd pair of these over the years spent a fortune on cheap wellies that were not fit for purpose,which was daily mucking out etc mud and wet and winter,and these wellies are great they are hard-wearing and lovely and warm with the neoprene lining. Some comments are saying wide fit around calf etc but iv found plenty of room for extra socks if needed.

Boots feel good and quality good. However, I purchased them to walk my dogs on local public footpaths. Walking in wet mud they don’t grip too well and there’s lots of slipping about, not great for wellingtons. I’m keeping them as they’ll be good for gardening but I’ve ordered a different suppliers boots to walk my dogs when it’s muddy.

Good quality boots, with thick rubber. Heavy and rather loose around the calves even with the straps pulled tight which distorts the boots and makes them uncomfortable.

Shortly after placing the order I contacted the seller directly to try to change it for a different colour. I received and e-mail response within hours and unfortunately the alternative colour was only available in a wide fitting so I decided to stay with the original order. Despite my attempts to change things the product still arrived within two days even though I had only paid for standard delivery. The service by the seller was 5 star. I also, hasten to add, that the wellingtons themselves are excellent. I use them for regular long walks with the dog and in the current wet and stormy weather they are perfect. Comfortable to wear, warm and above all waterproof. I would recommend them to anyone with the only reservation that on wet and greasy surfaces they can be a little slippery but still a good all round product.
