I spend a lot of time in wellies so they need to be durable, warm and comfortable. These have a good leg length on them that may be an issue if you’re shorter in the leg.

These boots are very sturdy and roomy in the leg. It’s a pity that the foot/toe part is not more rounded and slightly broader. I have fairly broad feet and these boots would have been quite perfect if there was a little more ‘wriggle’ room. That being said I am very happy with them.

I have had Aigle wellies for the last 6-7 years and have found them to be excellent. However, I feel they've priced themselves out of the dog-walking market for me. I bought these wellies and was initially pleased as they feel very spongy underfoot, great for my Plantar faciitis. However, they feel more like I'm walking in a clog now as they are so rigid, you feel you rock from heel to toe. It's not uncomfortable, just weird! The legs are a good length and width and they're obviously waterproof, but, am not altogether sure I've made my mind up about them, but, for value for money, they are beating Aigle.

I worked out that before these wellies leaked I had walked well over 1000 miles in them. You do need to buy a size smaller (& even then there’s room for thick socks). Great for dog walking. The most comfortable wellies I have ever had. I’m 60 now, I have been in wellies since I was a child, needed them for horse and farm use all my life. I have had every wellingtons going, from Hunter, Joules etc, none come anywhere near these for comfort or durability. One minor thing, is that I have had to superglue the inner soles into place as they move about. Lovely and bouncy soles, like walking on air!
